By providing junior and senior-level support, we are able to keep our client’s bills to a minimum while still allowing them to receive the best possible outcome for their matter. We are result oriented and never lose site of the end goal.

All Staff of the firm have been involved in the negotiation and, where necessary, litigation of family law disputes, including issues relating to custody, spousal and child support, pensions, trusts and taxation. All lawyers in the firm also have significant experience in the negotiation of complicated marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.

We accept a variety of payments including cash, cheque, Visa, Master Card and debit. In some circumstances we also offer our clients the option of signing a direction allowing us to take fees directly from the proceeds of the sale of their home. Unfortunately we do not accept Legal Aid.
