Annesa graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2004 with a Double Honours Degree in Legal and Political Science. Annesa completed her Law Degree  and graduated in 2005. She qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2009.  Upon completion of her law degree, Annesa decided to travel and teach English in South Korea for one year.


Annesa joined Bracken Feeley O’Brien upon her arrival in Canada in April 2010. She completed her articles under the supervision of Ms. Taragh Bracken. Annesa was called to Ontario Bar in 2011. After 7 years of practicing Family Law in Durham and Toronto region, Annesa is one of the most well respected litigators in her area of practice. Annesa has extensive experience in fighting for her clients behind the court room doors. In 2016 Annesa became a Partner at Bracken Feeley O’Brien.


Annesa focuses on practice on Family and Immigration law. As someone immigrating to a new country to pursue her career and travelling all over the world she is extremely familiar with the Canadian immigration policies and process. Annesa keeps herself updated on all new immigration Rules. It is her knowledge about the immigration process that allows her to maintain her success rate in assisting her clients to bring their family members or spouses to Canada, attend post-secondary education institutions or travel to Canada for employment purposes.


Annesa, through her extensive travel to third world countries, is undertaking to further her studies in Adoption Law to facilitate and assist the unification of children in need with willing couples in their desire to expand their families and desire to provide a nurturing and loving home to children in need both here and abroad.
