Parenting Plans

At Bracken Feeley O’Brien we can help you write out a Parenting Plan.
When adopted by both parties the Parenting Plan forms a contract which sets out how the parents will raise their children after separation and divorces.
•    It covers:
how decisions about the child are made (for example, jointly or individually but in consultation with the other parent)
•    how information is shared between parents
•    when each parent will spend time with the child
•    how other parenting issues may be addressed.

A Parenting Plan helps take the conflict out of dealing with each other post-divorce.
