Child Alienation results from the actions of one parent who poisons the relationship between the child or children and the other parent.
They do this by constantly “bad mouthing” the other parent, manipulating the child into believing the other parent is either a bad person, doesn’t love them or has said hateful things about them.
Over time this has a huge influence on the child to the point where they may fear spending time with the other parent and refuse to go completely.
The courts have identified Child Alienation as a serious issue and in some cases have severely chastised the parent involved, in come cases changing a custody order to award sole custody to the other parent.
